Scenario

You are a business analyst brought to a prospective customer who operates several different ecommerce websites. The company has grown rapidly until recently. The growth has created a number of complicated processes that have slowed the ability to process end user orders quickly. The result of this slower order processing has resulted in end user complaints.

The project scope was accepted by the company which includes various milestones to create a move to an Agile Development and implementation approach. A number of processes are included both technology bases and operations based functions. The business transformation was significant, but after initial resistance, the organization embraced the change and the project was successfully completed.

The client’s president wrote a letter to the president of your company with a glowing recommendation of your work on the project. Your participation on the project was identified as a key contribution the project success.

During a meeting with your boss and the president, you were asked to identify key factors which enabled your success on the project to help mentor the other consultants.

Instructions

Create a white paper that includes the following:
