Directions:

· Write a five paragraph essay that answers the above questions. 

· Start with an introduction that sets-up your definition. 

· Have your definition in the thesis. 

· Have three body paragraphs that go over the three most important characteristics of college writing. 

· Make sure to discuss each characteristic similarly.

· Organize the paragraphs logically and use transition.

· Have a conclusion that wraps up the short essay.

Requirements

· This can be done here in Canvas or via Word. Word is preferred (you will need to upload it when complete).

· It must have five paragraphs: an intro with thesis, three body paragraphs, and a conclusion.

· This must be entirely your own writing. DoNOTS use any AI tool for any part of this assignment. 

· If you have time, edit and revised, but it is fine if you do not get a chance. 

Grading

· This will be graded based on completing the assignment and following directions.

· To complete the assignment (a total of 70 points) you must have the following:

· Intro

· Thesis

· Body par 1

· Body par 2

· Body par 3

· Conclusion

· Transitions

· When following the directions (for a total of 30 points), keep these items in mind:
